Another year, another fair blog post! It’s hard to believe this is our third year in a row going to the West Virginia State Fair, and our second year at the antique car show! Here’s the blog post from 2017 and 2018.
This year was HOT. The past two years we got lucky with the weather, because it rained part of the time we were there and cooled things off. But this time around, it was all blue skies and heat. We still had a great time, and we even got to take Papaw’s Pontiac! It was so fun riding around in it, and you definitely get quite a few stares!
Like last year, we didn’t stay until dusk, when all the fair lights are so pretty! It’s just too far of a drive to stay so long, especially when the car show starts at 9am! Nearly 12 hours at the fair is a looooong time 😉 Maybe one year we’ll stay that long, or we’ll just have to go to the local fair in the evening for some cute pictures… you know the pictures is what it’s all about! 😉
This Cadillac was the perfect shade of pink!! It was one of Joelle and I’s favorites.
This fire truck is owned by Chris’s dad! It definitely attracts a lot of people!
This was my favorite car… I’m sure you can’t guess why 😉
This dog show was one of the highlights for me… they were so cute and incredibly talented!
This was my favorite cow, because of how insanely fluffy it was 😄
Joelle and I ended up unintentionally matching… even our black v-neck shirts were exactly the same! 😂
We had to stop and see Willow, who is growing like a weed! Soon she’ll be even bigger than Lincoln! 🙂
